Been there, did that, will be going again. Last 4, going back 12 years have found polyps; I guess another thing I hoard

August 2020, severe case of diverticulitis. Exam showed a large blockage; surgery 8/10. Lost 12 inches of lower bowel. Went for a colonoscopy in 2023; next one is 2026. A few polyps which the surgeon said did not concern him now but will monitor things every three years. A bit of humor: surgeon had photos; said I could put them in our Christmas cards.

I am going for my initial talk end of month then need to schedule for that test but this time I doing the up and down test for the first time. Not sure what happened but any doctor today the appoints are so far out it is mindboggling. Like 2 months wait periods.
