This one is 7" x 3.25". more nails to contend with and some cracking. You can see one nail still embedded in the bottom.

Friction Polish for the finish.

I can't believe the figure you pull out of this timber. Amazing. Then again, I've never seen a piece of Clare walnut that wasn't.
