Chucking Reamer

I put a small set of chucking reamers on my Amazon wish list and my aunt sent it to me for Christmas. Unfortunately it did not come with any way to store them other than the plastic bag they came in. So out came the 3d printer an fusion 360. The best part is it worked on the first try.

I'll have to look into the chucking reamers. A disadvantage to squaring ends on a sander is you still need to ream out the tubes.
