Christmas ornaments

Time to get started on my run of Christmas ornaments for the year. With a two shows to do and charity turning, I have at least 50 to make, here's the first 9. Maples with mahogany, cherry, and mulberry stems. Two banksia pod with cherry stems, one red palm with cherry stem.

I like them, very delicate work. Do you ever do any with some color, such as dyed?

Those look great! I want to start a tradition like that this year, hence a question. Are those hollowed out to keep the weight down? Okay two questions, what is the approximate size of the body?

I was planning to use spare cigar tubes to help turn the body and then add finials with a tenon to glued in.
