We're having one of the pork butts for our dinner tonight and sandwiches tomorrow, the other pork butt and the turkey I dropped off at my sisters house for them for dinner and for Christmas evening.

I will be BBQing 2 more pork butts and another turkey tomorrow (Christmas Eve) for the stops at one brothers house on the way to the other brothers house.

Everyone have a safe and Merry Christmas, don't eat too much, cause you could end up looking like my little round self.

My wife's family tradition is "cold sandwiches" The idea is that it is easy to bring out the food for late arrivals. Still, it is &%$#&ing cold sandwiches!!!! :at-wits-end:

Yum yum. We are having a couple spiral cut hams. This year we are breaking the turkey tradition and having ribs! A couple slabs of candied BBQ and 2 or 3 slabs of dry rubbed.

We can't afford turkey this year. So we're making a meat loaf and shaping
it like a turkey. We stuff it with popcorn. When the oven door flies open and
the butt blows out of the turkey, you know it's done.

Lasagna tonight, waffles with bacon in the morning--those two things will never change if my kids have anything to say about it! Tomorrow it's going to be ham.

If we were still in Texas, we would be having tamales, but this year we're going to have Chinese at our favorite Chinese place... None of the kids are going to be around, so since we're alone for Christmas, we're going out.. to a movie and Chinese.

We are having potatos, carrots, peas, beans, rolls, and a Tofurkey. Its a fake Turkey since we are Vegan. Merry Christmas.
Signed,
The weird Vegan
