chief's pen?

Hi gang (thats supposed to be CHEF not chief

we have a family friend who's son is graduating from college, he is a hospitality major, going to be in the food industry, a chef to start.

does anyone know of anything specific i could put on a pen for him? I see specialty clips for hunters, fishermen, medical , christian etc. Anyone know of a supplier with a knife and fork, something like that?

you can also talk to constant at lazerlines about making a laser cut blank of either a chef's symbol or somekind of chef related symbol. he's a good guy and is willing to work with you. He can also make a custom graphic on pen boxes as well for a complete package.

I made one from a bamboo cutting board that I bought from Bed, Bath & Beyond. The bamboo was lamenated in small sections. It came out pretty good/cool. Good enough that he ordered a few for some of his friends.

make the top end closed and make it look like one of those big tall white chef's hats. Not sure how you would make it or finish it. Maybe someone could make a blank out of poly clay for you.
