One coat of Sanding sealer and two coats of Polly----I get her buffed out and that shine will jump.

my association with a Kentucky cherry involed wood and a fence but she was much taller and less round. Great job with yours, she's beautiful,too.

lovely, Gary.. great turning..skinny walls may be all the rage, but I always feel they will shatter if dropped or banged into something (or crushed in the box on the way to a show) Too old to change my thinking I guess..but again lovely work

Damn, I almost appropriated that chunk of wood when we were up there last week guarding the burls and stuff.

BTW, you could make it 8-9-10 ounces lighter if you left off some of the heavy finishing.

In retrospect, it is a very nice hollow turning. I like the workmanship very much. Ya done great as always! :biggrin:
