I ordered a Gator Jawbone blank from Tom on the Maneater Crafts website on 12/27. By 1/12 I had still not received it so I sent email asking if he had a time estimate for it (I figured they were backed up after the holidays). I received it yesterday with a note saying that he had printed the order but misplaced it and that was why it took so long. I appreciate his honesty as well as I appreciate the extra TWO blanks he sent along with it to make up for any inconvenience (there really wasn't any, after all, pobody's nerfect) . Now I've got 3 Mardi Gras Gator blanks to play with! I know one will be going to my wife's dad in France for actual Mardi gras. :)

Not only this instance he sure cheered me up years ago when my wife contracted two particularly strains of blood born Cancer,I received a note saying what was my wifes favourite colour, when I replied he said he was sending a couple of his special cast blanks so I could make her a special pen. There it was out of the blue kindness rarely experienced, just wanted to say he made a long time friend out of me and my wife.

Peter.

Good to hear everything's settled up. Toms a great guy but like most of us things happen that we don't care for. If there's a problem let him know otherwise he, or no one else, can fix it.

I'm sorry again for the slow delivery! I hope you turn out some great looking pens! Don't forget to reverse paint the blanks before tubing, preferably white to make that bone pop. Please holler if you have any questions.

Thanks!
