When was the earthquake??? I received an email from him that was written at 9:30PM last night.

That was about 400 miles away from me and we didn't feel it. That thing was over 60 miles (110K) deep. One of the deepest that I have heard of around here.
We are located about midway between Tokyo and Osaka, just a few miles from Nagoya. Thanks for your concern.

Hank, I did not get a chance to read the news article on it but saw that there were injuries and it was a 6.8
I was not sure if it was near you but I am geographically challenged so that is not saying much. Glad you are alright and lets hope it stays that way.
