I made a simple baffle from a short length of PVC tube that fits over the outlet ~3" long, then cut slots at an angle, then glued in some plastic sheet. Basically the oil condenses/gets caught on the baffles and drains back into the chamber. Not only does it stop the oil being pumped into the air, it saves your oil, so you don't have to top it up so often.

I use a 10' section of heat resistant hose (similar to a radiator hose) that I run from the exhaust port to vent outside of the shop (aka, the garage). Crack the garage door, slip the other end beneath and that's that :) Picked it up at Lowes.
