changing member name

I'd like to change my member name to my actual name. I would like to know if it is possible or if I'd have to rejoin and lose all my history.

Interestingly enough . . . . . I've been thinking of changing my name also. I'm trying to find a name that's more descriptive of the authentic me . . . . a name that commands respect . . . something that reflects my feminine side . . . my inner child. I don't know what brought this all on. I guess it all started after listening to my Sammy Sammy Davis Jr collection .... "I've Gotta Be Me" ....... "whether I'm right ....... or whether I'm wrong ...."

There's gotta be a better name than DocStram. Sigh.

I've got it! The CandyMan! Noooo .... never mind. That one sucks also.

Al, maybe I should straighten out my name, as you probably know it's an anagram,I know it would be hard to envision, but it's actually pretty descriptive of my true nature, as far as my feminien side, I get in touch wit it twice a day, when I change the dressings on my red badge of ignorance.
And remember the classic line from the Noble Bard "would a rose by any other name stink as much" I may be off on that quote but you get the Idea right???
