Casting pens - not blanks - but pens

Has anybody ever tried casting pens using a 2 or 3 part mold system?

Saw this video and the desire to try is very strong.

Would have to learn about casting and pouring PR or whatever other plastics are available.

Be quite difficult to turn it, to get the 'finished product'....
