I did a google search and found a place that laser cut acrylic letters.
The ones i got. Were1/4 inch thick 1/2 inch tall. Then a month later when they came in.
I sanded my tube and ca glue the letter on then vertical cast. The letter A turned out good but the letter G has been giving me problems. The blank turns out good but when i am turning the G i get to where the top and bottom of the letter gets flattened out and looks bad. I need to find a way of wrapping the letter around the tube. Heating in boiling water doesnt make it pliable

what a great concept. My guess with the "G" is the curvature of the letter. I wonder if the same would happen with others. I will do a search on line for the source. If you still have the link I would be interested. Thank you for sharing.

If i remember right it was the woodnshop they aree out of MO.
My thought was to make colllege pens. I just need to figure out a tempature where the acrylic becomes flexible.
