Hello
Question on using a bullet for the end on a cartridge pen.
Has anyone done this, if yes how did you drill the bullet?
I can't deem to get it drilled without breaking bit or going off center.
Any help appreciated.

I just read how it's done. I don't have the exact link, however, do a search using "cartridge pen", and Bullet Pen. You will get pages of questions and answers on your question. If I remember right, I read something about using bee's wax to help lubricate the bit. I also read where someone had melted the lead out with a torch. Good luck.

I use full metal jacket bullets and drill them in the lathe.
