Just wondering about everyone's favourite Canadian, UK, EU, or Australian companies for pen kits, blanks, etc- anyone have any personal experience with any?

What Canadian suppliers do our Canadian members use? I've never really thought about it, and always bought from mostly American sources, but need a Canadian or other Commonwealth or EU option, at least for the short term.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Totally agree with Graham on William Wood-Write . Lee Valley have some kits , blanks and other supplies , but not nearly as extensive .
Of course , a lot of the supplies originate in the US , and will probably see major price hikes when current stocks are exhausted .

I assume you are exploring options given the pending imposition of tariffs on imported goods into the USA / Canada. Not sure that purchasing from overseas suppliers will avoid the imposition of tariffs. As most kits are manufactured in Taiwan or mainland China, I guess there will be significant price increases coming.

In Australia we do not have the range of suppliers or kits that North American turners may be accustomed to.

I purchase pen kits mostly from,
I have also dealt with,
I know a number of other Aussie pen turners deal direct with Rhizeng / Pen Kits Mall. I suspect most of P-Square Agencies stock originates from there.

I buy most of my material from William Wood-Write. Their prices are reasonable and they have excellent customer service.
I agree.

They have a couple of things I've not been able to find Stateside so I order from them a handful of times each year. Takes a bit to get here, but always good product and service.

William Wood Write is my go-to source. They have a good selection of everything for the pen maker and then some. And their customer service is second to none.

No, it's not about tariffs at all - I don't care if it costs more. I'm just looking for options to diversify and buy more from Canadian and other allied sources. Thanks for all the options!
