Hi Can a blank be made with blue and white stripes similar to my sorry attempt in photoshop?

Just segment it

The easiest way is as Jeff says is to segment it. The harder way would be to cut one of the blanks into pieces. Drill and glue them on the tubes. Then recast them in the second color. The only advantage would be no glue lines.

If you look at exoticblanks under guest artists, CC Segments makes a blank very, very similar. You might look at it to get some ideas.
