CAMERA SELECTION

I have seen some excellent photo's of some of the pens you guys, and gals, have made and placed on this web site as well as some of your own web sites. My question is - What would you recommend for a digital camera to have to take pen photo's with? Do not have one right now, but will be purchasing one in the very near future.

Would be willing to pay $300-500 for the right camera. Probably high but you get what you pay for
