CALMNESS IN OUR LIVES

I am passing this on to you because it definitely works, and we could
all use a little more calmness in our lives. By following simple advice
heard on the Dr. Phil show, you too can find inner peace. Dr Phil
proclaimed, 'The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things
you have started and have never finished.' So, I looked around my
house to see all the things I started and hadn't finished, and before
leaving the house this morning, I finished off a bottle of White
Zinfandel, a bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream, a package of Oreos, the
remainder of my old Prozac prescription, the rest of the cheesecake,
some Doritos, and a box of chocolates. You have no idea how
good I feel right now. Pass this on to those whom you think might be in
need of inner peace.

This is why i like reading the forum at the kitchen table... so I can share all this great advice with LOML. I'm not going to wait until morning though, I'll finish everything tonight.

Now THAT is some advice I could use. I have an unfinished block of Parmigiano Reggiano, half a box of good crackers, and an open bottle of a delicious 2004 Zinfandel which I could finish off right now. I feel guilty for having put this off. All hail Dr. Phil!

Serenity and tranquility are the essence of one's soul. Upon meditating over his words, my inner peace has brought me to a higher level of consciousness and the realization that there is something I've always wanted to finish off ...... Dr. Phil himself. Somebody hand me a sidearm.

"Dr." Phil sure as heck is annoying, isn't he? Here, Al... I'll load...
