CA Glue

Will ca glue come loose under heat like any other glue?
Here is my problem, I have made a ceramic pepper mill quite some time ago and the thing is not right I would like to unglue the part that is in the top of the mill.
I could heat the top in very hot water which would not affect the mill part, as we do to remove shafts on golf clubs.

I have never used heat to undo CA. I doubt it will work. When turning the blanks heat up a good bit and I have never had trouble with CA coming loose.

If there are no plastic parts, I have had success soaking things in acetone to disolve the CA.

CA will liquefy again under heat, but it will also harden back.
