We will pour some poly resin since things have now warmed up.

Bring your pens for show and tell, bring stuff to demonstrate, bring
pens to turn, bring lunch and a chair. (No dogs or children please.)
Depending on the turnout (I have two lathes), we may need folks to
bring some equipment too.

Time: 9:30 AM till you're tired or 4 PM

I will plan on being in my shop on the following dates and hope that
some fellow pen turners will join me.

2007 -
Sat. June 9th
Sat. Aug. 11th
Sat. Sept. 15th
Sat. Oct. 13th

General location: I am 45 minutes from the Delaware Memorial Bridge,
one hour from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Accurate directions
available when you decide to come.

Please let me know if you're interested in coming so we can share
your particular skills.

I will be out in Lebanon pa for our annual Scroll Saw meet. 2 Day event. I normally enter a clock or shelf in their contest. But this year no entry. But my grandchildren are entering their work. My granddaughter took first prize last year.
I will look forward to the next one.

It sounds like talent runs in your family. I'd love to see the pics. I'll go check out "other things we make" next. We'll miss you tomorrow.

Funny you should ask, we NOVA (Northern Virginia) folks are in the process of nailing down the details for one at my place. Looks to be July 14th, 11 am till ??. I'm asking folks to bring something, potluck style. If interested, PM me for details and address. It will be outside, plenty of room in my yard for it. Should the weather turn [ ;-) ] on us though, I do have some room in the shop, depends on how many folks show up.

Just how far North do you have to live to be conisdered NOVA for the purpose of an invitation? [:p]

Thanks, we'll both be there. Just let me know what to bring. How about a door prize? I've got some nice blanks to share. Maybe some of that bamboo, or makore'.

Pick your favorite side dish and bring it along. You're also welcome to bring a selection of woods to show/sell. Some of the folks may appreciate the savings on shipping. I'll leave the decision for any type of door prize up to you. [:)] The family and I are looking forward to seeing you both again, as well as the rest of the NOVA folks, many of which I haven't seen in many, many months.

So how about it Joe, you up for making the drive to this side of the bridge? [;)]

We're really looking forward to seeing everyone. We had a great time with you guys at the last one, at my house. Your daughter must be getting big now, and Jim's son too. I also look forward to meeting some of the folks there, for the first time too.
