Exotic Woods ( Ed ) is where the blanks come from to make this unique shaving set.
The blank is a resin called Cheetah. The brush, stand and razor all come from the Golden Nib, (Anthony). The other brush is Honduras Rosewood Burl from Wolfdancer, (Randy). Each item was a challenge, to me anyway, the Rosewood had a few voids as you know when you get into this type of wood burl. It was fun. Carl

Carl, the brushes and razor turned out really nice. I have some of the Cheetah and brush heads from Anthony. Now to find time to do them!!

Whoah, baby! Those are nice, really nice! Not often I like the acrylic/ressin over wood, but in this case...with the advantage of using it with water, its a no brainer. And the
cheetah come from where again?

Those look great Carl. Is that a CA finish on the Rosewood? It looks like the height of the stand would determine the length of the handle on the razor. Do you find that to be a problem? Thanks.

Yes that is 8 coats of thin C/A on the Rosewood. You can put a curve in the handle of razor and have it hang at any height. That was my 1st razor handle and i played it safe.
Thanks to everyone for your comments.
