Down South we have a phrase known as "braggin' on somebody".

I'd like to spend a few minutes braggin on a relatively new IAP member ... "William O Young".

I took a look at the travel mug he's been posting on in the Other Things We Make Forum. Then, out of curiosity, I decided to poke around in his website.

Before you head there ..... be prepared to pick your jaw up off the floor. You'll see what I mean ....

I couldn't do anything if I was facing that view and doing any type of turning. Losing a finger, or a gouge digging in would be just the start of unneeded medical problems. The only job there is sitting in a recliner and lifting a Bud Light, or something.

I agree with everything you said, Doc, except the part about being kinda new. Bill's been a member of the IAP since...well, forever as far as I can remember. He was one of the original testers for TSW!

I vaguely remember the pencil puzzle, Think that was started by Rick Hutchensen. It's something about drilling a hole the size of the pencil, sticking the pencil in and then soaking the wood in water, which swells it shut, if I remember right.

And...yep, Bill is talented, that's for sure!

Ah...here it is. I was close to right. http://www.scrollsawer.com/forum/off-topic/9589.htm
