Some Niles bottle openers I made for a few clients

Nice. Good selection of shapes and wood. Finish used?
Much different than the bottle openers and the church key of my younger days. The real cheap stuff had a screw on cap.

Finish is just sanding down to 1500 and microfine yorkshire grit.
I hear ya. The bottle openers of my uni days was just a bic lighter or the edge of a crummy desk.
