50 caliber ballpoint using a Maple nib.
Sanded to 400x, buffed with super fine steel wool and applied 6 coats of MINWAX Clear Satin Wipe-On-Polyurethane which is thin enough and works great with the Dipping Method to apply.
Using a 11/32" brad point bit to to imitate a spent primer.
These along with the 50 caliber tooth pick holders are great sellers at the gun shows.

Currently working on some Parker style.

Fantastic workmanship Les as usual and that MINWAX Clear Satin Wipe-On-Polyurethane is extraordinary.

It almost looks like high gloss but probably looks more like satin in a different light.
Would love to see a tutorial on your dipping method of applying it.

Looks great to me. This "newbe" would love to see a write up on the complete pen!
