blank length

I am assembling some Artisan clicker pen kits and I can't find the length to trim them. I got them from Craft supplies and the part # for the brass tubes is 1011700002. Is it 4.125?

Trim the ends of the blank to just the ends of the brass

According to the table from the IAP Home page the length is 4.11"
