Just got off the phone.... We made the bid jump.... Can't wait to get the shipping notice..... maybe by the end of next week..... I bellieve we are going to need to shift the shop around.... Watch out now I got to move on up to the big stuff.....

I am pleased... dare I say proud.... could be that I want to savor the moment.....

Well.... my insides are busting..... I am to be the giddy new owner of a brand spanking new JET 1642....>>>>>>>>>> OOOO it looks like it's Daddy!!!! or should I say evrybody look out.....

Congrats on the 1642... I just picked up my new bigger and better lathe today also... only I got the Jet 1442... I liked the swivel headstock better because where it sits in my shop, I couldn't turn outboard on the 1642... mine is still in the back of the truck... it was dark when we got home so couldn't unload it till tomorrow..

When is your expected... it took Jet 14 looooonnnnnngggggg days to get mine up to the local Woodcraft... I opted to pick it up and save the shipping.

Ain't it exciting to get a new toy????:D:D:D:D:D
