Best prices on elegant beauty or sierra kits

Does anyone know who has the best prices on either of these kits?

I know that Berea Hardwoods has a good deal on the elegant beauty.

How about the sierra or a comparable pen kit?

I need to finish a couple of these size blanks? If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
