This is a PSI bell with a coco bolo handle. Beall buffed and waxed.

Looks good. There is a rather large hand bell that is used at my kid's school in the morning. The handle on that looks like it has been used for 50 years. I have thought about redoing it for them with some cocobolo.

Charlie, very nice turning!!! I really like your bell and handle... I've never seen the bell on PSI's website, but will now look for it as I know several family members/friends who would love one too. Thanks! The wood is a diagonal cut coco bolo pen blank from Woodcraft. The bell was for my wife's aunt who has a bell collection. The brass bell has nice weight and a very nice ring to it. My next one will be closed end.
Here is a photo of my wife's authentic antique school bell. I copied the design of that handle.
