Thanks Doc, I gave an update on the "Off Line Post" but apparently it slipped by. Wanted to thank everyone for their kind thoughts and prayers, they worked. I am on the mend but it is kinda up hill. Apparently a full link (L4) was destroyed and had to be replaced with a titanium structure. I am on BLTs (no bending, lifting or twisting) for the next 6 months or longer. I have to wear a fiberglass midriff cast for 6 months or longer when I am up and moving around. I'm gonna make it, LOL! Thanks again everyone for thinking about me.

BTW, surgeon went thru the front to fix the back, no back incision. The cast was molded from my body the week before.............man, I need to go on a diet, LOL!
