Have to give a shout out to Ernie for his excellent customer service today! I emailed him with a rush order that I need this Friday and he made a special trip out to the post office EARLY today to get it in the mail for me. Very quick and efficient communication and even followed-up with a phone call! Awesome customer service!!

I also ordered from him a few weeks back (and in the past) and asked as a favor can he ship asap. He told me that was standard practice and I got the items very fast. He also supported the Pen Turners conference in Champaign last year with some nice freebees. He is one of the many good vendors on this board.
 
OK , last week , I placed an order that I needed pretty quick . When I got my order confirmation email from Ernie , I realized it was going to my old address because "I" neglected to change the "Primary" address in my Account . It's been over a year since I moved , and I knew the PO does not forward mail after a year , and the package would be returned as undeliverable . Shot Ernie an email right away , and he said he would get another order out right away , and if the first order came , just refuse it . There's another special trip to the PO for Ernie . The man is just great . Thank you Ernie !
 
He's a stand-up guy. One order he accidentally forgot to include a couple of pen kits for me, I emailed him about it, and he mailed them out to me that day, no shipping charge, no questions asked.
