Beale pen wizard

I am going to buy a Pen wizard, and I need anyony who has the template that goes on the indent wheel so one can keep count of the indents and pattern. Mr. Beale mentioned it in his demo. If anyone has that template send it to anthbls@aol.com Thanks batman382
