Bash-It-On Update

Looks like the Bash-It-On boxes have gone bust. First, in July, one went AWOL somewhere between Canada and England. Still hasn't shown up.
Now it looks like the second box has disappeared. It was received by Mark – "me2cyclops" on November 23. He said he had just received it and was going on a short road trip the next day and would get the box in the mail to the next one on the list that Friday or Saturday. That was the last I heard from him. I've PM'ed him several times with no response. His last recorded activity here was on 12/1. I've had a contact go by the address he gave me but reported back that there was no one at that address by that name. So, unless someone knows Mark or what happened to him, or he reads this and contacts me, I will officially declare Bash-It-On closed.

I'm sorry to see an end to the bash-it-on. It kinda upsets me when someone commits to something then just lets it go. How many entrants were left out of the loop when it broke? I would be willing to donate some stuff and send it to Landon so the ones left out can still look forward to it arriving.

All the work you put into those boxes , and you don`t get to see the fruits of your labour ! Guess it is to be expected in a community the size of this one , and not necessarily anyone`s fault . Many of us wish we were a few years younger , and as I just had experience at , accidents do happen .
