Backwards segmenting?

Not really. I just made the main area of the body w/Aluminum and segmented it with wood. A bit different, but then again I have not seen any done thus far along this line. I also made a custom finial to top it off. Point and click pic as it is too late to do a proper set-up. C~N~C welcomed. Thanks and be well...............Jan

Now that is really interesting, and a great idea. I've seen lots of metal pens, but I can't remember one with wood segments.
