Hi All,

It seems like forever since I've been on the forum. My wife, two daughters and I have just finalized the adoption of our son, the former Labinot Qrueznici (An Albanian refugee) who is now officially William Vance Poe. He has been in our home for all but 24 hours of his life and we are ecstatic and relieved to have him with us forever. I made an emperor rollerball pen to commemorate the signing of the adoption decree, which I plan to give to him when he approaches adulthood. I'll post a picture of it later (amboyna burl, gold kit).

I'm sorry, I couldn't resis being the proud new father, the picture is of Will and my wife.

Congratulations Bryan. He is precious and I will be glad to raise him until 12YO then send him back. On 2nd thought, my g-son Jake would be very upset with me. May God bless you as you raise your family.
 
WOW!! That is absolutely FANTASTIC Bryan. And congratulations!!! A lot of kids need homes out there and you stepped up to the plate! You should be proud!

Gone through this process myself a few times...it is worth every effort.
 
Congrats Jim.....that is one cute little guy.

They are always cute - except for this wee bit of time between 13 and 15......but then that all changes for the better [;)]
