After two weeks of thinking I would prefer death, today I actually feel like moving, Just have to be careful and not over do it.
Flu shot was a waste of time this year, I've been fighting it since mid December and last week it nearly won, Now I can get busy and make tools and pens, I need to make a miter guide thingy for my P.O.C. Global Tool Company bandsaw,

Ken,
Sorry to hear of your bout with flu! He's merciless and I've always said the flue shot was over-rated.
Glad you have survived and are raring to git r dun.
Vern

Ken, very glad to hear you are getting better. I have been plagued with that crud since the first week in October. It keeps on coming back to haunt me for three or fours days in a row, disappears for three or four, and then starts all over again. Amoxicillin is about the only thing that has helped me. Them pills is huge I tell ya!

Ken,
Glad you're still among the living... my doctor was pushing the flu shot and the pneumonia shot and anything else he could think of this year... for a few years in Houston, my company pushed the flu shot big time... almost made it mandatory... I took it a couple of years and was sicker from the shot than I think I would have been from the flu... (KNOCK ON WOOD.. BOTH HAND TO THE SIDE OF THE HEAD) I've never actually had the flu, nor pneumonia. Matter fact other than a cold once in a great while, rarely every sick.

I passed on the shots again this year.

Glad you're up and about again.
