I had to cut thin pieces of merbau, padouk and wenge.
Keltic knot of wenge and yellow veneer. Schellac finisch.

Can you please tell where you bought the "Aston Matin" pen kit ?

It appears to be very similar to the "Virage Rollerball".

I did a Goggle search for "Aston Matin pen kit" and found several sources including :


Sometimes the pen kit name is given as "Aston Martin", which is what I thought I was reading in the title of this thread . . . but maybe not.

Anyway . . . please let us know where you got the kit . . . I am very curious about this. . Thanks.

I thought of James Bond when I saw Aston Martin. Those Q modified spy cars are pretty cool, but I didn't think I'd find one segmented here. 🤣

That is some beautiful work, Peter! The wood colors look great together.

the kit is from penkitsmall, RZ-355 rollerball/fountain pen $4.54 Aston matin.
