WOW! $500,000 in prizes, divided into 10 winners only and the #1 winner receives $250,000 !!! If that isn't enough..the event is only 90 miles from me and I had no idea! Now it's to late to enter, I need a better manager! :curse:

Artprize.org I don't know if they do this every year, but you bet your you know what that I'm signed up on the mailing list. I only just heard about it today on the radio as I was rolling through Detroit. DeVoss Rocks!

Yep, this is going on in my town. Over 1,200 artists have entered. I haven't personally seen any of the exhibits, but some of the stuff I've seen on the news looks interesting. This is the first time this has been done, I think they want to make it a yearly event.
The neat thing is that the winners are determined by online voting from the public.

Jeff Check with Zapplication.com they have a lot of juried only shows, free to join, they get their bucks from the listers, they accept digital images but they nearly have to be pro done shots to meet their criteria.
