Total up what that will cost, in dollars, with all the extra jaws and accessories added. Don't forget shipping. Also consider that getting service from across the big pond could be problematic. Check out the PSI Barracuda series chucks. I just received my 'cudda 4 and even though I haven't used it much yet, I can say it is well made. Beautifuly machined and works smoothly. The Titan has a good reputation but, IMHO, the Barracudas give a better value for the dollar.

I'll ditto the recommendation for the Barracuda, but the 'Cuda-4 that is referenced is a biggie, and recommended only for larger lathes. I got the 'Cuda-2, which is similar, but a bit smaller, and can be used on full-sized lathes right on down to the minis. I have both a full and a mini, so the 'Cuda-2 was the better choice for me. PSI sells it for $169, complete with almost every optional jaw set made for it.

By all accounts I've seen/heard - the PSI Barracuda chucks are virtually the equal in terms of quality to the Novas - esp. since Tekanatool moved production from New Zealand to the far east. For value - NOTHING comes close to the Barracudas. I have a Nova Midi which I like very much, my next chuck will either be a vicmarc or a PSI barracuda.
