Anyone in CA near Fresno?

At the end of this month, I'll be moving to Fresno, CA and I'm just wondering if any of the people I know from here are from that area? I tried e-mailing the person listed on the AAW site as the local contact person for meetings that are apparently held in Fresno, but got no response... It'd be nice to know someone out there!

I am about an hour and 45 minutes from fresno.. I bought my Jet lathe at the rockler dealer there.. It's not a bad store..

Yeah Dario, I just can't stay put in one place. My dad's placing bets on when I'll move next. I do have to stay there at least one year, b/c accepting a sign-on bonus commits me to that.

Why Fresno? Just because... no real specific reason. But it had a job I wanted to do, and no local IRS office... []

Gerry, what's in Maine? I was thinking next (see I'm already planning the next move- you have to do that to stay one step ahead of the law) maybe I'll try another country. I was thinking maybe... Toronto? [][]
