I just called a good friend of mine who lives in New Orleans. He said that he, his roommate and his tenants are staying. They just don't want to leave and he has a cold, so they are all staying. He's a really smart guy, he really is. I guess that everyone has their moments. One good thing is that where he lives didn't flood at all.

I think its "feed a cold and starve a fever"... I don't think "drown a cold" will work. I hope he comes to his senses in time.
