Any members in Tuscon area ?

My cousins husband has expressed interest in turning pens to help cope with his retirement . Since we live so far apart , I could use some help with helping him . He should become an IAP member soon . Yes , I did tell him of the expence of the addiction ! :biggrin:

Dang, wish I lived in Tuscon. We could have a great time. Oh well, the point is: it is a great, fulfilling hobby. It tests your skill, design abilities, marketing and how many different "tinker's hoots" you can think of.

I moved out of Tucson too soon.... I lived there in '94-95 before moving back to Houston... wish I could have retired there... it's a great city.

Will be there the end of January (Sno Birding). There are two AAW chapter that meet in Tucson so there is no shortage of turners around the area.

Thanks for the help ! Neil and Steve , we're planning another trip in October too . (maybe) Somewhere around the 23rd would be great to hook up . I'll tell my cousin about the AAW out there .
