Why I can't access the Arizona Silhouette website from my computer? (neither IE nor firefox) I can from my laptop and another computer on my home network, but not from the one I use most. Also, another website for a wood/pen supply store in Dallas is also not working on this same computer but does from the others I use. What have I (possible) done to block these?

I've turned off all security and firewall apps. I've changed the security settings in IE and firefox from the highest level to no protection

Try deleting those two address's completely off the problem computer and reenter them, they may have become corupted. Not saying this is your problem but I have this work for me.
 
Thanks, but I'm not saying that Arizona Silhouette is not working. I can't get the site to load on one of my computers. It works fine for me on other computers in my home on my network...just not on the one computer I use constantly. I get one of those "page not found" messages.

Are you behind a router? Sometimes those get a DNS cramp and won't return any/correct IP for a site. Try unplugging it for a minute. I have a linksys which every now and then won't let me get to a site or two. A power cycle fixes it.

Yes this link works but when I type the URL in it does not work. Very confusing and perplexing. I've checked the registry for blocked sites and found none. I've typed and retyped the url many times. I'm going to try what blind_squirrel just suggested. I'll report back later.

I'm sure my wife has thought about blocking that site (among others - like this one) on our computer - just to have some conversations with my face instead of with the back of my head.
