Here's another blank from batch 6. More York Gum burl in Alumilite. I was wondering if folks like multiple colors in WW blanks or single pearl colors? What do you guys think? Comments always appreciated.

Single colors almost always work. Two or more colors offer a challenge as to combinations. Opposites on the color wheel work well as long as both work with the shade of wood being used. My own preference.. one color unless you need two to complete a theme.

That's a nice looking blank.

I like a single color "family".

One of my favorite looks of WW is a blue/blue combination. The one I'm thinking of has a dark blue as a body color with a lighter blue swirled in.

So I guess that really means that I like more than one color, as long as they relate closely. I think it gives more depth.

Striking so far Dave you will have quite a range soon for finished pens. Success again with fantastic grain beaut colour.

Kind regards Peter.
