Two containers:
The first should be large enough to accommodate the part you wish to anodise so that it
can be completely submerged with clearance so it does not touch the sides. The second
should be larger than the first, with a sealable lid

Lead flashing
12V 2A DC power supply
A multimeter which can read Ampere
