Thanks. This is 1/4 inch honeycomb. I just ordered 1/8 inch honeycomb that should be delivered tomorrow. I'll post a few pens from that shortly.

Alum Honey comb

I have been doing alum honey comb mesh 1/8 sq for some time and find does have challanges.
Outside of casting the biggest task is alignment of the blank when drilling.need to insure you are drilling down the center of core roll to insure even cell on both outside's of the blank from end to end.
