Just needed to share, all though we have become very spoiled to this. I was trying to place an order of blanks from Ken Kallenshaan and I could not get the order through. I got pretty aggravated after 4 times and just gave up. Just then my phone rings and it is Ken on the other end asking me if I was having trouble and took my order over the phone. All I can say is, "ain't no place like the IAP when it comes to customer service from our vendors"!! Thanks Ken!!
