Sure, but it will not really be worth the time. With vacuum, you really need to pull the vacuum and then release it before the resin cures. With Alumilite, the post life is so short that it is difficult to do that. Pressure is much better with Alumilite. You can degass each component with vacuum before pouring them together but that is a step that is simply not needed if you are using pressure.
