I mixed a batch of white - two minutes I poured into the mold - this is what it looked like- it was setting and foamy- this is after the pressure tank - no change - this was an unopened part B about 1.5 years old

Was the mold clean and DRY?

Looks like it might have been some moisture in the mold and it bubbled up ...

Keith,

At a year and a half old you are beyond the expiration date even though the bottle was unopened.

I'd give it another try, but I suspect your just out of luck on this batch.

I'm sure you're aware, but Alumilite White has an incredibly fast set-up time. So fast that a pressure pot is almost pointless. I think their demold time is around 15 minutes.

Well I found the problem! I used an open part A on the first batch. I tried it with a bottle that had not been opened yet and it worked fine.
Now I have to work on speed - it flashed white just as I was getting ready to pour!

Trying again.
As far as expiration goes these unopened bottles are at least 1.5 and maybe 2 years old but they worked fine.
