yes, alumilite.com is the cheapest source..that's factory direct, and the cheapest time to purchase alumilite is in February during the Birthday Bash. Last few years, they have offered IAP members 20% off during the bash..that is an offer I can't thank them enough for!!!
 
AND the last few years they have contributed "sampler packs" as prizes for the bash---last year---EIGHT!!!

That's what I figured as well, but you guys seem to know the best source of almost anything out there so I had to ask. Thanks guys. I however don't know if I am going to be able to wait that long for my first run on some pens that I need to try out. If any one has cast actual cigar leafs with the label please PM me because I have to make ten pens for my Brother-in-laws baby. He wants to hand these out instead of actual cigars. Great idea and I know its not our original idea and it has been done before. Any help would be great.
 
A word of caution. I harvested tobacco in my youth...made up my mind to go back to college as I never want to work that hard again!

In order to wrap the leaves tightly around tubes, they will need to have significant moisture content. Moisture and PR or alumilite do not mix well. You may want to dry the leaves after you wrap the tubes and before you cast them.

Just a thought.
