I couldn't find any topic like this. If there is one, forgive me...

I just now a few pen kit seller; some of them don't send 15-20 pieces; they say MOQ is 300 pieces or more...

Dayacom and penkitsmall are manufacturers. They do not sell in small quantities, as you have discovered.

It shows resellers around the world and which ones most IAP members patronize. Buying in Turkey, you probably want to look first at sources in Europe and UK. Good shopping!!
